My favorite artwork was this. I loved how it looked and it was simple yet amazing. I would want to redo my final artwork. I don't like the red. if i were to redo it i would remove the red. one thing i have learned in art is if it doesn't go the way you want oh well. there's nothing i can do. i can maybe start over sometimes.
i wish we could have done a group art work. that a bunch of ideas all in one art would be so cool and you get to be with friends.

In the background there is pictures of what I love like my family my friends and animals. Then on top is red, purple, and blue mountains. The red mountain fades to the purple mountain then the purple fades to blue. The red starts around 1/3 down the page. I started by making a doc and posting pictures of things I love on it, I then printed it out and cut the pictures. I used tape to stick them to the piece of paper then i modge podge them down and made a clear coat. I then took paint and mixed it with water to get a thinner consistency. My idea was to make something beautiful and incorporate the pictures of what I love. My goals were to show my identity through my art. I really loved my college part and the blue and purple mountains but I don't like the red as much it seems to bright if I were to redo this artwork I would not put red. Otherwise I love it so much because I love how I included people and things I love. I also like how I tried something new by mixing water with the paint and using modge podge. i am planing on making a collage of pictures of everything i love. i need to add something so i am thinking to put them in a certain pattern or design to add to it. i was thinking a cross then water color in the background. but i feel like thats not pushing myself enough. express- i am trying to find a way to put the pictures in a way to express me. reflect- i am talking with you to try and see how i can make it more challenging.
i really liked doing christmas-y things it really got my into the christmas spirit. i like the snowflakes because they are colorful. i also liked the ornament a lot. it was super fun and cool and i learned something new.
i used observe. i observed the materials i had and how to make it look cool all put together. i also used stretch and explore. i had to go on my own to find materials that would work for my art work.
what it is. it is 4 smaller paintings in 4 different colors, purple black yellow and red. they are simple mountains that are very pigmented at the top of the mountain and fade as you get lower part of the mountain.
i started this in class we had to follow a video of watercolor landscape and i really enjoyed how this turned out and how it look and how fun it was . here is the video clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9P0ot0ifwXk. after that i had a different idea but i didn't think it would look good in water color and i really wanted to use watercolor so i decided to do this. then i got some feedback that i should make is a series so i did. the big idea is i really love mountains i want to go to college montana because it is so beautiful . so i did mountains then i love the simple idea but how it still love amazing. my goals were to have fun with it do something i enjoy. last art work i didn't really enjoy it i just did it to get it done. so this artwork i did because i really enjoy using watercolor. i really like it. i like how they are all different and just how they look kind of mystical like the black one. i am just glad i did have fun painting this one. i have used engage and persist because my first yellow painting got messed up so i had to make a new one. developing craft i thought all brushes would be the same but i found out that they are not and i had to work with the different brushes, i also had to figure out the right water to paint ratio. I fixed my object artwork to have more color and it looks so much better! i plan on painting this picture i took in montana with water color. i think i am going to do it with a simple kind of painting where its not as detailed. i just need to grab my supplies from school then i can get started. i used developing craft. i used acrylic paint in a new way i used it with water and different brushes. i observed the paint when i painted with different things. |
